At 4-H PEI, we offer an array of fun, hands-on learning opportunities for youth aged 6-21.
When you join 4-H, you become part of a club. A club that embraces diversity and inclusivity and where everyone is welcome!
In addition to having fun, learning new things and making friends, joining 4-H can help kids develop valuable life skills like self-confidence, leadership, teamwork, responsibility, decision-making and more!
What to Expect
Members get to choose from a wide range of projects. Whether you're interested in trades, sewing, cooking, agriculture, animals, science or the outdoors, there's a project just for you!
Under the mentorship of our volunteer project leaders, members learn hands-on about their chosen topic and acquire the intangible skills required to complete their project goals.
Throughout the year, members are required to complete their chosen project along with 3 additional requirements: community service, agriculture awareness and communications. These projects provide members with a deeper understanding and appreciation of 4-H's agricultural heritage and their community, while also sharpening their communication skills.
