Travel Opportunities
4-H Canada arranges annual conferences for its members, providing them with excellent programs, chances to connect with peers from across the country, and an enjoyable time. 4-H PEI is allotted a certain number of spots at these conferences, which are given to members who complete the application process.
Members interested in applying for a travel award should read the information & instruction documents for each before doing so.
(please note - not all trips will be offered each 4-H Year)

Future Travel Opportunities:
2024 Members Forum, Oakville, ON
Launched in 1931, Members Forum is 4-H Canada's most enduring program. This annual event brings together 4-H members from all over Canada, providing youth with the chance to engage in exceptional positive youth development activities, witness premier agricultural exhibitions, and forge lasting connections with peers nationwide.

2024 National Dairy Conference, Madison, WI (USA)
The National 4-H Dairy Conference serves as a gathering for top dairy youth from North America to connect and forge lasting relationships within the industry. In conjunction with the World Dairy Expo, 4-H PEI is excited to provide one Island Dairy member the chance to apply for and attend this event each year.

2025 Citizenship Congress, Ottawa, ON
By attending the Citizenship Congress, you will enhance your knowledge of governance and public relations, develop your communication abilities, and broaden your perspectives as you explore the Canadian identity in the capital city. The program includes workshops that lead up to a yearly debate with your peers from across Canada!

Read the Information & Instructions for individual Travel Opportunities (if available)

Print & Fill out Travel Application Form. (Members are responsible for keeping a copy of this form for reference)

Applicant must have a Travel Reference Form completed and submitted by a person of their choice. This person should not be an immediate family member or relative. The reference form must be submitted to the 4-H Specialist by the reference person via email or in a sealed envelope​​
Important Dates

November 30 - Successful applicants will be contacted for an interview
