Club Meetings

Meetings are an important part of the 4-H experience, where members discuss club activities, learn parliamentary procedure, and participate in hands-on activities and games.
Monthly meetings are run by the Club Coordinators (Overall Leaders) and the Club Executive.

The executive is made up of members who are elected by the members to fill the following roles:
-
President/Vice President
-
Secretary
-
Treasurer

Club Reporter
The "Business" part of 4-H meetings usually follows Parliamentary Procedure.
This is a set of rules and guidelines that help participants run meetings fairly, efficiently, and democratically. The goal is to help everyone understand what is happening, keep meetings on track, and encourage respectful conversations.
Effective meetings help to promote the development of leadership skills and teaches members how to collaborate effectively, even when opinions differ.
