4-H is a family-oriented, community-based, youth organization which provides opportunities for leadership and life skill development all while promoting agriculture awareness. 

4-H PEI welcomes over 600 members, 300 volunteer leaders and countless family & community supporters to the program each year.

4-H is one of Prince Edward Island's longest running youth organizations for young people, aged 9 to 21 and it is easy to become a part of 4-H by joining one of the existing clubs across the province.

Board Training for Executive Council & Senior Members

The Provincial 4-H Office is offering a unique opportunity this year to Regional Executive Members and Senior Members. Staff have completed the Board Member course Training through Holland College and it offers very valuable information that is applicable to the various aspects of the 4-H program.

Members Forum

Join 4-H Canada for this year’s annual Members Forum virtual conference, happening Nov 5-7. The theme for 2021 is Growing Stronger Futures. Programming such as mentorship circles, workshops, and other activities will all have a focus on careers and professional development.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to learn and engage with 4-H’ers across the country.

Scholarship Awards

All information and instructions for scholarship awards, to be awarded in 2022, is now available online. Members should read the instructions document before filling out documents. Application packages can be handed in to Katie in person or via scan/email anytime before November 15th, 2021 at 5pm. 

4-H Canada
FCC Club Fund

4-H Canada and Farm Credit Canada (FCC) are pleased to provide a new year of the FCC 4-H Club Fund for 2021-2022. These funds are available to all 4-H clubs, districts, and regions across Canada.

The support from the Club Fund can go towards developing existing programs, covering the costs associated with local events and exchanges, supporting volunteers, or purchasing various resource materials. Together with FCC, we are supporting the development of responsible, caring, and contributing youth leaders across Canada.

Annual Awards

All information and instructions for the 4-H PEI Annual Awards: Member, Club and Recognition, are now available online. All forms can be saved and filled out electronically. Nominations and submissions should be made to Mary Jane anytime before November 15th, 2021, at 5pm
