Club Reporters have an important role to ensure that the 4-H Community and the larger community stay informed about various events taking place within their club and region throughout the 4-H year.

Their primary responsibility is to prepare monthly Club Reports that showcase the activities of the club and then send these reports to their 4-H Specialist. The 4-H Specialist then shares the report through social media, and the 4-H Newsletter, allowing others to read it and potentially find inspiration.

Reports should:

• be submitted at the beginning of each month
   

​reflect  due at the beginning of each month - reports submitted after the 10th of the month will not be published in the newsletter
